Tracking is easy.

Within 2-4 days of your purchase, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email containing your personal tracking link.

Simply click the link to see live updates. If you haven't received this email after 5 business days, please check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting support.

Delivery times depend on your location. Once your order has passed our quality check (usually 1-2 days), here are the estimated transit times:

  • Italy: 4-7 business days.
  • Europe: 5-9 business days.
  • USA & International: 6-12 business days.

Tracking: As soon as your art leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package every step of the way.

You have a 1-hour safety window to make changes.

Our production is automated for speed, so timing is everything:

Within 1 Hour: Reply to your order confirmation email immediately! We will automatically pause your order and issue you a voucher so you can place a new, correct order for free.

After 1 Hour: Your art is already in production and cannot be modified. However, we want you to be happy: contact us at info@dreambrothers.it, and we will offer you a special discount on a new print.

What if my package is lost/delivered but missing?

Don't worry, your order is likely safe!

If you haven't received the confirmation email within 5 minutes of purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk folder: 99% of the time, the email is hiding there.
  2. Check for Typos: It is possible that an incorrect email address was entered at checkout.

Solution: If you still can't find it, email us immediately at info@dreambrothers.it including your Full Name and Shipping Address. We will locate your order and resend the confirmation to the correct address.

While damage is rare, we have a 100% Replacement Guarantee.

  1. Do not worry about returning the broken item.
  2. Take a clear photo of the damaged artwork and packaging.
  3. Contact us via our Whatsapp or email, attaching the photo.

We will send a free replacement to you as soon as possible. No stress, no extra costs.

No problem, we won't ruin the surprise!

Being an eco-conscious brand, we do not include paper invoices with prices inside the package. The recipient will only see the artwork.

  • Need a receipt? You received a digital confirmation via email. If you need a formal invoice for tax purposes, simply request one via our Contact Form, and we will email it to you directly.
